Substance Use & Addiction

As a therapist who embraces and celebrates Neurodiversity, I’m here to support you in a way that honors your unique strengths and needs. Whether you're navigating a neurotypical world, building self-acceptance, advocating for yourself, or simply looking to be seen and understood, I offer a tailored, affirming space to explore and grow. Wherever you are on your neurodivergent journey—childhood, adulthood, or self-discovery—you deserve support that reflects who you truly are.

I offer a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for LGBTQ+ individuals to explore their identities, relationships, and mental health. As a queer therapist, I deeply understand the complexities of LGBTQ+ experiences and provide compassionate, informed support to help you navigate challenges, embrace authenticity, and foster self-acceptance.

Whether you're navigating your own relationship with substances or feeling the impact of a loved one’s use, therapy can be a space to unpack the complex emotions and patterns that come with it. I offer nonjudgmental support to explore substance use, misuse, or addiction—meeting you with empathy, curiosity, and practical tools. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s underneath, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward clarity, connection, and change at your pace.

What to Expect

Start Where You Are

Tailored Approach

You don’t need to have the right words, a diagnosis, or a fully formed goal to begin. We’ll start with what you’re carrying right now and build from there—with curiosity, care, and no judgment.

Tools That Work For You

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) mindfulness, and other modalities to offer flexible, practical tools. Sessions are grounded in what works—and what feels right—for you.

We’ll clarify what feels important to you—whether that’s feeling more grounded day-to-day, managing sensory overwhelm, improving relationships, or processing deeper wounds. Using a solution-focused lens, we’ll set meaningful goals that evolve with you.

A Space That Sees You

This is a space where you don’t have to shrink, filter, or over-explain. You’ll be met with presence, care, and a deep respect for who you are—because being truly seen is where real healing begins.

Ready to take the next step?

Let’s connect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if working together feels like a good fit.
