Adult Individual Therapy
$200 50-minute session
Specialized therapy services to address various mental health concerns. From anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma, I am here to help you navigate life's challenges with compassion and expertise.
Teen Individual Therapy
$200 50-minute session
Specialized teen therapy to address various mental health concerns. Monthly 30 min check in with parent/caregiver included. Additional sessions with psychiatrists, doctors, or other support providers are available as needed.
Executive Function Coaching
$125 25-minute session
$250 50-minute session

Remote sessions specifically focused on coaching, developing and implementing practical tools and accountability. This includes strategies to manage executive skills including improve organization, time management, create routines, task management and goal setting.
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend checking with your provider to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day before your next psychotherapy appointment or other service. I will deliver your Good Faith Estimate electronically using my Client Portal. You can also ask me, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
